Organized and based in Henderson, North Carolina, The Rosemyr Corporation was incorporated in December 1954 by Paul H. Rose and wife Emma Myrick Rose. The corporation is a result of a merger of all real estate companies owned by Paul H. Rose, founder of Rose’s 5-10-25 Cent Stores and the predecessor of Rose’s Stores, Inc. The merger brought together the Rose Realty Company, PHR 21st Corporation and the Jealto Corporation.
